To determine your homes value it is important to see what similar homes are selling for in your area. I will do a no obligation Competitive Market Analysis (CMA) to determine your homes price, and market it accordingly from there.  It is never to early to see what your home may sell for.  You may be a year away, but may want to know in case you want to renovate and update your home.  Contact me and I will get started on your CMA today.

The Process
The listing process is one of multiple steps. The CMA will give a rough idea of your homes value. At our first meeting I will gather info about your home, take pictures if you like, present you the necessary listing paperwork for your review, and get a much better idea of where to price your home. The second meeting we will have a good idea of where to price your home, refine any photos, and enter into a listing agreement if you are ready.

I hold open houses regularly, contact you at least weekly with an update on activity, and use data and metrics to let you know what kind of exposure your home is getting on the Internet.
